AI-Powered Opportunity Intelligence

An infrastructure of trust across Africa's invisible border.

VeriAfrica connects Anglophone, Francophone, Lusophone, Swahili-speaking, Arabic-speaking and Spanish-speaking African businesses to verified trade, procurement and partnership opportunities — turning the AfCFTA promise into daily transactions.

The problem — the invisible border

AfCFTA opened 54 markets. African SMEs still cannot see them. It removed the tariffs, but not the blindness: deals fail on discovery (opportunities published in one language only), trust (no way to verify an unknown counterpart) and execution (no bridge to close the deal).

15%
of Africa's trade is intra-African. Europe trades about 60 to 70% internally.

~90%
of African businesses are SMEs, the firms least equipped to cross a border alone

The problem

African SMEs are losing contracts they never see

SMEs

Tenders in systems and languages they cannot read. Partners they cannot verify. Deals lost to silence or fraud.

Chambers and trade bodies

Members ask what AfCFTA has done for them. There is no tool to answer.

Development agencies and governments

Utilisation targets to hit. Delegations come home with no follow-through.

AI discovers opportunities. AI identifies partners. Humans verify trust.

VeriAfrica turns an invisible market into verified deal flow. Every tender, grant, buyer and partner across the continent, found, translated, verified and closed in the SME's own language.

01

Find

AI agents scan tenders, grants and trade notices twice daily, starting with live national and donor portals and expanding toward all 54 AU states.

02

Translate

EN, FR, PT, SW, AR, ES, scored against each SME's verified profile.

03

Verify

A trained human reviews every business before it enters matchmaking.

04

Close

Introductions, negotiation and paperwork through to signature.

Without VeriAfrica

Weeks of searching foreign portals, paid translators, partners nobody can vouch for, and a deal that is a gamble.

With VeriAfrica

Matches in your own language, from $2 a month. Twice-daily email alerts are rolling out during beta. SaaS with humans behind.

Kigali

Institutional base

Kigali receives government and institutional delegations from across Africa. We are building the pre-visit outreach, multilingual interpreter network and post-visit follow-through that turn those visits into lasting cross-border deals.

South Africa

Compliance-led expansion

Data privacy and trust anchored from Johannesburg, with talks opening with chambers and institutions.

Gabon and CEMAC

Francophone Central Africa

Libreville extension across Gabon, Congo, Cameroon and Equatorial Guinea.

Next corridor: China to Africa

$348B in trade in 2025 and zero-tariff access for 53 African countries since May 2026. Chinese suppliers hit the same wall. Mandarin is one more language in our AI layer.

The founder's story

VeriAfrica was founded by Eliezer M. Gomat, a Gabonese-born town planner registered with SACPLAN, who lived the divide first-hand: viable projects in Libreville invisible to capable firms in Johannesburg, and the other way round, simply because one side works in French and the other in English. The AfCFTA removed tariffs; language, trust and information never crossed the border.

His book, The Invisible Border, tells that story in full.
